I'm Sonia, Clara's friend who purchased the lip trainer on my behalf.

I bought it for my autistic daughter who had been having chewing issues after getting a gum infection. Even after her infection cleared, she did not use her back teeth to chew and only used her front teeth. I decided to give the lip trainer a shot to strengthen her lip and jaw muscles however, I decided to use it in tandem with her to feel how it felt inside my mouth so I could relate the comfort level she was feeling.

To my amazement, I used it 4x a day and realised the next morning I did not grind my teeth because I would usually feel a slight ache between my teeth and gum on my left side of my face. Tonight, I took my blood pressure (bp) after trying the lip trainer for about a week. To my great surprise, my bp drops from 145/95 to 112/76. Dear My Oya

People say we must give recognition when due. In my case, I must say that recognition of the Liptrainer is overdue.

Apologies for this lateness, because when I do give recognition, it has to be proven and worth the credit I will accord.  I wanted to give time for the product to show its full efficacy.

The Liptrainer certainly has. I call it a miraculous product and am recommending this to friends. I bought it with sceptism, more because I do not have an alternative other than medicine.  I accepted the product believing no side effects because it would be used externally and not consumed, unlike many multi-level marketing health products such as supplements.

The product started showing its greatness after 5 months of consistent use. Although I use another health product and that we have been on traditional Chinese medicine for one year, I can single out with certainty that Liptrainer did the miracle.

My mum age 74, a dementia patient, and I, have been using the Liptrainer since September 2013.  I used the product for rhinitis and general immunity as I fell sick often. Our health has improved very much since.

As a dementia patient of 10 years, I saw mum’s condition deteriorated steeply, especially in the past two years. She has lost her ability to perform daily tasks. Amazingly, I am now witnessing that she could do the following:

The improvements are gradual but really visible and I believe these have to do with enhanced motor movements (coordination of brains and limbs; nervous system) as well as cognitive functions. Even my two maids have taken notice of the improvements and make effort to help her use the Liptrainer every day.

In June this year, I was given the Liptrainer by a friend to help me with my facial muscles, smile and buzzing.
It really was a big help to me after my major surgery, in the midst of my radiotherapy and present days.
The materials on how the Liptrainer can help patients and users' personal testimonies encouraged me to use it.

Since then, I have been using it four times a day on average.In the last six months, I notice changes to my facial muscles. My face was slightly crooked due to surgery and some parts of my face and lips could not move readily. That has recovered supernaturally with God's healing. I also think the liptrainer that helps to exercise my facial muscles may have brought on the speedy recovery.

During radiotherapy, the mouth felt dry. Saliva is very important to help me eat. But due to treatment, appetite was gone and saliva felt little. I also had nauseus. So I deliberately used the trainer each time before I ate.

I find that it helped me. Using the liptrainer before my meals usually generates more saliva for me.
That helps me to eat better, which is really necessary for radiotherapy patients, even though we really do not want to eat as food tastes awful at some stage.

I have sinus. But I notice, there are periods where I don't have it anymore, after using the liptrainer.
The occurence is much less.
I also have deep sleep, and usually don't wake up at all now in the middle of the night.
Deep sleep is good for immunity, so I am grateful the Liptrainer helped me to sleep well,
as the lips are closed tightly, the tongue is in the position it should be each time I doze.

Though I'm looking forward to the day my ear stops buzzing, it hasn't happened for me yet.
It is said that if we exercise three minutes per time, the buzzing will stop.
But I think perhaps for my case, after a major surgery and radiotherapy, the ear is affected much.
I will still use the trainer. Perhaps one day, the loud buzzes in my ear will cease.

But for now, I'm grateful that the Liptrainer gives me a way to exercise my lips, face and brain, in a way I never knew.
It is effortless to use. But discipline is required.
I am thankful it has helped me see improvements in my face, lip strength, muscles, saliva generation and overall sleep.

A couple of months ago, my sister-in-law introduced an interesting Japanese invention to me, called Patakara Lip Trainer.

I have been using the Lip Trainer quite regularly for the past 18 days, since I returned to Australia

It is quite difficult to measure results on oneself, so I state with caution that I have noted two significant changes to this date.

    1. I often would have phlegm in my throat of a morning. About a week ago I announced to my wife that surprisingly I was not experiencing that any more.

    2. I took my Blood Pressure today and was again surprised to note that is was back to what I would consider normal for person in good healthc i.e. 130/70 with a pulse rate of 75. I need to qualify this last measurement because I currently remain taking heart medication, which would be influencing those figures to some extent.

Both of these results quite surprise me, because despite your convincing sales pitch when I met you in Singapore I held back my anticipation of any good results until I had been able to measure to a least some extent the results.

What I normally do for people with your symptoms (including me) is a total elimination diet - especially no gluten, no dairy NO SOY, no eggs - it is best to eat lots of fresh meat and some simple salads for a few days (up to a week) and see if the symptoms improve.

I was looking for a way to stop grinding my teeth in my sleep. I was grinding my teeth so hard that a perfectly good and relatively new crown came loose. I thought the problem was caused by my stiff neck and tight shoulders which is often the result of spending too much time at the keyboard.

Despite getting plenty of exercise, I've had trouble with my neck on and off for a long time. I walk every day. I swim. I ride my bicycle often. I do yoga. When I'm really desperate, I see the chiropractor, get a massage and some acupuncture.

On this occasion I decided I needed to get some sort of mouth guard for sleeping since my usual attempts to loosen and relax my neck were not working. I feared that sooner or later I was going to crack a tooth or loosen my crown again not to mention my jaws were killing me when I woke up in the morning.

So I started looking for a mouth guard. And what I discovered, quite my accident, was the Lip Trainer .

The Lip Trainer is not a mouth guard even though at first glance I thought it was. And the bizarre part of my story is that I bought the Lip Trainer because the man who sold it to me convinced me that it would help me get a good night's sleep. He guaranteed that after just seven days, I would sleep through the night without waking up. We didn't talk about my neck problem. We didn't talk about the fact that <em>at that very moment</em> I had <em>such a splitting headache</em> from the tension in my neck that I could <em>hardly think!</em> And since English was not his first language, I don't think he understood me when I said I was looking for a way to stop grinding my teeth.

Really, it was the allure of a good night's sleep that convinced me to try it. Little did I know that all of my problems stemmed from the fact that I slept unknowingly with my mouth open!

The man showed me how to slip the Lip Trainer behind my lips and in front of my teeth and to squeeze the device closed with just my lips for three minutes; not clamping my teeth closed but rather relaxing the jaw and using only the lips.

Eighty dollars later, I took the Lip Trainer home and used it twice that afternoon and evening before going to bed. I didn't sleep particularly well that night but when I woke in the morning I felt such a blessed relief in my neck that I couldn't believe it. I should mention that up to that point I'd had neck pain and a headache almost every day for weeks. So the relief was staggering.

But on this the first morning after just two exercises with the Lip Trainer , my neck, my shoulders, my back were completely relaxed. And I could tell from the way my jaws felt that I did not grind my teeth that night.

When I finally sat down and read all the literature, it was right there in black and white that the Lip Trainer would cure a stiff neck instantly! And I can tell you that it did!

I've been using the Lip Trainer for six weeks now. I use it faithfully four times a day for three minutes. My neck continues to feel great despite long hours at my desk. I sleep ever so soundly right through the night breathing through my nose instead of my mouth and my sinuses have stopped draining!

My eldest sister in Melbourne used it some six weeks before she was struck by a mild stroke on 18 July. (I couriered it to her.) After five days of the stroke, when she was able to regain some of her speech, I persuaded her to resume exercising with the patakara - 8 times a day, and she is religiously doing it.

Her recovery is remarkable, she is now able to walk about unaided by anyone or a walking stick, and yesterday she started to bath herself and go to the toilet on her own - of course under close staff supervision at the rehabilitation centre.

We don't know how much of this (mildness of the stroke and the swift recovery) is due to the patakara, but one thing is for sure, her practice one and half months before her stroke certainly helped her to use it now with much ease.

On Tues two of her friends 'caught' her using it, and asked her to explain its benefits, which she did and even managed to convince them to get it for themselves (just goes to show her rapid recovery.) Her spiriits are up and she is happy and determined to gain all her faculties and use of her limbs.

I was there with my husband yesterday and we bought 2 set to try out.
We use it after dinner and just before bedtime. And its amazing, we got some result the next morning.
My hubby said his neck feel less stiff and I actually saw his mouth close while asleep, which is not usual.
As for me, the first thing I noticed when I woke up was other than my mouth close, there is no accumulation of saliva in my mouth. Accumulation of saliva in my mouth in the morning is a daily occurence.

Glad we purchased the lip trainer and will continue using it for our well being, and toward better health.

I have actually tried gfacial flexh, gflex-awayh and another less known product (made in Japan) call gLip Trainer Patakarah (this last one helps with snoring as well).
Initially I was looking fore devices to help people who have problems with lip closure (down syndrom children in particular) - I am a speech therapist. I wanted to test these products on myself before recommending to my clients. I have to say, they all work in different ways, but they do work. In my opinion, even though it may end up being a little more expansive, I believe these 3 products should be used in alternative to get the best results.

One uexpected result I have obtained is that my voice and articulation have greatly improved. I did not expect that at all! I have much more power and freedom when I sing and speak and I don't get so sore. I believe the one product that did the trick for my voice may be the Lip Trainer, because I can notice the difference when I sing before and after doing the lip trainer routine.

There have been several claims over the past few years that the positioning of the tongue at rest predicts some degree of risk for sleep-disordered breathing (SDB). The tip or front of the tongue is supposed to rest against the roof of the mouth, elevated about a half inch to an inch above the back of the front teeth, on or just above the little ridges you can feel there. When the tongue rests in the bottom of the mouth (flat position), that is, the tip is closer to the back of the lower teeth, it is said that risk increases for SDB. If you try the two positions right now, you'll notice it's easier to breathe through your nose when the tongue is in the elevated position. Several small research studies over the years have suggested that if you can strengthen the muscles in the oral airway including the lips, it will promote improvement of the tongue position and may reduce SDB severity. Now, there is an actual device that lets you strengthen your lip muscles and claims by doing so to reduce SDB severity. i had the ear thing since early childhood, i found it unbearable.....i went to see loads of specialists and they just gave me new bizarre concotions to try. i think i have stumbled across a cure though (for myself).

mine is cretainly linked to my swallowing function and lip strength. some people "tongue thrust", no not a sexual move, but the name for the tongue being too far forward in the mouth in a resting position. do you have a gap beteween your front teeth? i do and mine is beginning to close after using a device called the lip trainer patakara (i know that sounded like an advertisment...). i started using it because i had bad jaw pain, the ear symptoms you describe and excess energy in my head which could be agony.

I tested the Liptrainer's in my family, we had very interesting results with them. So, I want to use the Liptrainer in our clinic in the future. I want to known the prices, if we buy more. I think it ƒG s better if we order them for the patients.
Are there an exclusiv right to deal with Liptrainer in the north of Germany? Please answer me, then we can start working with Liptrainer so soon as possible.

Message: I couldnft sleep well. I donft know why. To coup this situation I have used various way for examples, using sleeping pillow, drinking tea for good sleeping, exercise before sleepingcc

but failed to sleep wellcone thing is I wake up 3-4 times to go to toilet at night.. it may lead not to sleep well.

After using 30 days of lip trainer ( 3-4times a day ) I found that I didnft wake up no more than one time. Suprising !!! I will use lip trainer until no wake up at night. And feed back to you again.

Hi Mr Oya,

 Yes, thank you very much for the detailed information presented in Feb.  My boy has stopped grinding his teeth and has more quiet sleep since using the lip trainer (even though we only let him use 1 - 2 times a day).  It is very effective for him. However, I have not yet measured the LCS for him or myself.

 We will try to find out how to measure LCS and update you again.  Thanks a lot!  The product is definitely beneficial.

Thank you for your kind reply.  Yes, I received my CD, but I have not had time to view it.  I will as soon as possible and will let you know if I have any questions.  The pictures of the lady holding the muscles of the face and neck was very helpful.  I will incorporate that into my routine.

I had one sore gum which is now much better and I am having less tooth sensitivity as well.  Also,  I have less tartar buildup on the lip side of my bottom front teeth, probably because I can close my mouth better at night.

One friend told me that the muscles of my face look better defined, with less sagging.
I sleep better at night now also, usually awakening only once for a bathroom visit--this is an improvement, since I used to get up several times a night.

I have just arrived from the international congress on mental health . Your banner arrived on time and was displayed for all the delegates and the response was very favorable. The banner was paced in front of the room for all to see through most of the presentation. I'm glad to hear your good predictions. I still however don't understand how to measure with the fish head device myself. How do I know what each line means strength wise ?

I believe you are right about me sleeping with my mouth open. I often wake with a dry sore throat and will find that I wake at night and saliva had been coming out of my mouth so it had been open, even when I was sleeping on my stomach. So I feel you are right.

I already feel that I have less sore throat and sleep better and I've only been on the lip trainer for a short time. I train with the lip trainer 3 times a day. The challenge for me will be to continue to use the lip trainer for long enough to make a serious difference.

Although I definitely want to sleep better myself and want to no longer snore. I'm particularly interested in my god-daughter and she stopping drooling and has improvements in her speech. She is a beautiful teenage girl, very well spirited and presently in main stream school system. The problem with drooling sets her apart from her peers and this poses it's own challenges. She and her mother however are committed to the lip training for 6 months to see if they will see an improvement.
